FAQ

How much does it cost to build an app with Carrotly Technologies?
Every project is priced individually — it depends on scope, platforms and integrations. After a free 30-minute call we send a written estimate with a fixed price or a capped range, so there are no open-ended invoices.
How fast can you launch?
A clickable prototype is ready in about two weeks and most MVPs go live in 6–10 weeks. We can usually start within 1–2 weeks of signing.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do — from day one. Code lives in your repository, infrastructure in your cloud account, and all IP is transferred to you in the contract. No lock-in, no licence fees.
Fixed price or time & materials — and what if the scope changes?
Both are possible. MVPs usually run on a fixed price with a clear scope; ongoing products work best with a dedicated team. Scope changes are expected — we estimate each change transparently before doing the work.
Who will actually work on my project?
A small team of senior engineers and a designer, with a single point of contact who knows your project inside out. The people you meet during sales are the people who build.
How do we communicate?
A shared Slack channel, a weekly live demo and a short written sprint summary. We overlap with both European and US East Coast working hours.
Will you sign an NDA? How do you handle security and GDPR?
Yes, we sign NDAs before the first detailed conversation. We're an EU company, follow GDPR by default, use least-privilege access and run security reviews before every launch.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support. After that you can choose a maintenance plan with an SLA, keep building with us, or take over with full documentation.
Can we start small?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a 2-week paid discovery: you get a prototype, a technical plan and a fixed estimate — and you can take them anywhere.
Can you join our existing team or codebase, or work white-label?
Yes. We regularly extend in-house teams and work white-label for agencies, under your brand and inside your tools.
