The challenge
For teachers, presenters and salespeople the key measure of success is how much attention they hold — yet they usually find out only from gut feeling or a survey afterwards. We wanted to show, moment by moment, where a talk lands and where it loses the room.
What we built
A phone camera records the audience during a talk while the speech is transcribed. Face analysis tracks emotions and engagement over time, and an AI model combines both streams into insights and tags — so a speaker can see exactly which part of the talk captured the room and which lost it. Results are presented on a web dashboard with charts.
